TWC continues to offer anyone who has an up to date RFD trade price across our website.
OLD TRADE CUSTOMERS- If you previously had a trade account on our old website you will need to register again on the new website (no data could be transferred over due to GDPR), then please email your RFD to sales@twchambers.co.uk to let us know you have set up an account. our team will then change your account to trade which will allow you to see trade prices.
NEW TRADE CUSTOMERS- Register your account online then send an email containing your RFD to sales@twchambers.co.uk. our team will then change your account to trade.

Trade discount is subject to change. TWC have the right to revoke or change this discount at any time.
Not all items on the website have full trade discount due to being heavily discounted previously.
if you order without logging into your account (guest check out) you will not receive trade discount.
Orders over the phone will receive discount for anyone with a trade account.
Our team work Monday 8am- Friday 1:45pm if you make your account out with these times please expect your account to be change to trade on the next working day. If you order before we have confirmed we have changed your account to trade you will not get your trade discount.
If for any reason we haven't gotten back to you about your trade discount then please get back in contact in case we have missed your email.
